Cancellation & Refund Policy – SHEOGI.COM

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

Once a participant enrolls and makes the payment for any training program on sheogi.com, the enrollment is considered confirmed. Cancellations are allowed only if requested at least 3 days before the start of the course. The request must be sent via email to our support team with valid reason.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If the course is cancelled by sheogi.com due to unforeseen reasons.
  • If the participant cancels the enrollment at least 3 days before the course start date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided under the following conditions:

  • If the participant fails to attend the training after enrollment.
  • If cancellation is requested less than 3 days before the course start date.
  • If the participant has already accessed course material or attended online sessions.

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 to 30 working days through the same payment method used during enrollment. The final refund amount may exclude payment gateway charges or administrative fees if applicable.
